Our Cleaners         

Our goal is to generate a superb first impression for all your customers and visitors. That’s why we realise that our most important asset is our cleaning staff – because it’s their job to help create that first impression. We ensure that all our cleaning staff are happy in their work and know exactly what they have to do at any time. Our general and specialist training programmes cover all aspects of office cleaning – inside and out.

The employment package we offer includes a realistic rate of pay, paid holidays and bank holiday incentives. We are currently reviewing a stakeholders pension scheme for all staff. Our policy is always to promote from within, wherever and whenever possible, so this is only a starting package for those with ambitions and qualities to develop to more responsible positions in the company. We nurture these staff and give them the opportunity to increase their skills and knowledge.
